Kenworth Sales Company announced that Truck Enterprises Inc. has now joined the family. This expansion adds eight Kenworth truck dealerships located in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia to the existing 23 locations in seven states currently operated by the company. Ritchie Bros. Truck Tractor Sales Hit Record High in June 2020 →

In just one month, Ritchie Bros. sold more than 4,500 truck tractors in the United States — up 23 percent from the same time period last year. More than 5,500 trucks were sold globally during the same time period, which also is a new company record — up approximately 10 percent from the previous record set in December 2019. Mack Trucks recently began initial production of its all-new Mack MD Series of medium-duty trucks at its Roanoke Valley Operations (RVO) facility in the Roanoke Valley, Va. Full production of the Mack MD Series is scheduled to begin Sept. 1, 2020. Mack announced in January it had invested $13 million to establish RVO to produce the Mack MD7, a class 7 model with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 33,000 lbs., and the Mack MD6, a Class 6 model, with a GVWR of 25,995 lbs.
