Customer will need to sign a letter of indemnification before any service is completed on unit. Parts can still be sold to the customer. Contact OEM Service Engineering for assistance. The manufacturer has notified JJ Kane that this equipment is subject to an open recall. CSN-U-232 Atmospheric Vent Replacement (ANSI Catagory A units only) The equipment should not be operated until this is addressed.
