All lots must be removed by 4pm. • Closed on weekends & holidays. • JJ Kane will NOT leave any equipment outside the gate for after hour pickups. • There is a loading dock for Step-Deck trailers ONLY • Non-running/moving equipment must be towed/winched away. • After 10 days items are subject to a storage fee of $25 per item /per day (Manuals provided in cab) (Buyer is responsible for removal.
