The unit has been removed from service until these repairs are accomplished. Serious injury or death can result for any attempt to operate the unit without the benefit of these repairs. Altec has recorded the out of service status of the unit. Until Altec has been notified, in writing, that the required repairs have been performed, or Altec performs the repairs, further service work, technical support, and part sales by Altec may be limited on this unit.
